Materials & Details

H
Honest materials
Materials should look and feel like what they are. We value natural textures, genuine finishes and construction that does not try to imitate something else.
F
Fewer, better materials
A limited palette creates clarity. Rather than combining many finishes, we allow a small number of carefully selected materials to define the character of the house.
D/D
Details that disappear
The best details often go unnoticed. Clean junctions, controlled transitions and integrated elements reduce visual noise and allow the architecture to remain clear.
B/A
Build to age well
Designed with durable materials, thoughtful details and a timeless architectural language, each home is made to remain functional, relevant and beautiful as it ages.
A restrained palette. A warmer home.
N
Natural stone
Texture, permanence and connection to the ground.
T
Timber
Warmth where the architecture comes closest to the body.
M
Metal
Precision, durability and clean architectural lines.
M
Mineral surface
Calm backgrounds that allow light and shadow to shape the space.
It is not only which materials we use. It is how they meet.

Openings & Frames
Openings
Windows are not simply placed on a façade. Their proportions, position and depth respond to light, views, privacy and the experience of the interior.
We aim for clear openings, carefully controlled frames and strong relationships between solid and transparent surfaces.
Where possible, frames are visually reduced so that the architecture — and the view beyond it — remains dominant.
Lights
Light is a material too.
Natural light changes the architecture throughout the day.
Openings, overhangs, wall depths and material textures are designed together so that light and shadow become part of the character of the house.
Furniture
Furniture should not always feel like something added after the building is finished.
Storage, kitchens, wardrobes, niches, doors and selected furniture elements can be integrated into the architectural language from the beginning.
The result is quieter spaces, fewer unnecessary objects and a stronger relationship between architecture and everyday life.
