Digital Product Terms

These terms apply to digital architectural packages purchased from Karakızlı.

1. Your Purchase

You are purchasing a digital architectural package for the house model and configuration identified in your order.

The purchase does not include a physical house, construction work or a site-specific professional architectural service.

The product page and order summary identify the drawings, file formats, selected options, price and delivery timeframe included in your purchase.

2. Package Contents and Scope

Your purchase includes only the drawings and deliverables listed on the product page and confirmed in your order. Site adaptation, surveys, structural and building-services engineering, permit documentation, construction and additional design revisions are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Prices and Payment

The applicable currency, product price and any additional charges or taxes are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be confirmed before the package is supplied.

Site adaptation and other professional services are quoted and agreed separately.

4. Digital Delivery

Your package is supplied in PDF & DWG formants instantly after payment confirmation.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and having suitable software to open the file formats identified on the product page.

If you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe, contact info@burakkarakizli.com with your order number.

Any changes to the confirmed delivery timeframe will be communicated to you.

5. Personal-Use Licence

Upon confirmed payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased package for one residential project for your own personal use.

You may:

View and retain the files for that project.
Make reasonable backup and printed copies for that project.
Share the files with your appointed architect, engineers and contractors solely for assessing, adapting and delivering that project.
Have your appointed professionals adapt the drawings as necessary for that project, subject to local requirements and these licence restrictions.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense or transfer the package to another purchaser.
Share or distribute the files publicly.
Publish the complete drawings or make them available for download.
Use the design for multiple buildings or separate projects.
Use the design for commercial development, including projects intended for sale or rental.
Reuse the design for another client or offer it as part of a competing product or service.

A separate written agreement is required for any use outside this personal-use licence.

Copyright and ownership of the original design remain with Karakızlı. Purchasing the package does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

6. Local Adaptation and Construction

The package documents an architectural design. It is not, by itself, a site-specific permit or construction-document set.

Before construction, appropriately qualified local professionals must assess the design against the actual site, planning conditions, building regulations, structural requirements and building-services requirements.

Your appointed professionals are responsible for the site-specific documents and technical work they prepare. Any services commissioned from Karakızlı are governed by a separate agreed scope.

The licence does not guarantee planning approval, site suitability or a particular construction cost.

7. Changes After Purchase

The purchased configuration is the configuration confirmed in your order.

Additional configurations, design revisions and site-specific changes are not included unless expressly stated. They may be commissioned separately, subject to an agreed scope, fee and timeline.

This does not affect your rights where the supplied package is incorrect or does not match your order.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Karakızlı does not offer discretionary refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the digital package has been supplied.

Please review the product description, sample package, selected configuration, file formats and licence restrictions before purchasing.

Any statutory right of withdrawal, and any applicable exception to that right, depends on the governing law and the circumstances of supply. Where required, express consent to early digital delivery and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right will be requested before supply begins.

If the package is not delivered, is defective or does not match your order, contact info@burakkarakizli.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. File Access Support

For assistance accessing or opening your purchased files, contact info@burakkarakizli.com.

Please include your order number, the affected file and a description of the problem.

File access support does not include design consultation, additional drawings, site adaptation or configuration changes unless separately agreed.
